This so-called observation area is a joke.  IMHO it is a total failure.

I've been there before....
It is a good place to visit , Seeing the plane leaving and arriving then leaving
and when the outside Temp is 30C + , it is a better place to stay than going to a mall

it used to be office area at the 4th floor... now you go up in the 3/f at domestic departure
