You should just STFU and stop lying here. In post #11, you claimed that they have 300 items on the menu. Now you claim they have 700 items.

When the customer just walks in right now, they will be given a small focus menu, instead of a pile of menus with 700 items to choose from.

Who cares what other menus they have in reserve for future use? Don't you understand this, you stupid moron?

went there months ago with 10+ friends.  And all of us agreed the food is not good.   can't say it's bad,  but it's tasteless.  We've been to a lot of HK cafe in Richmond lots of times and this is the only one we won't be visiting in the future.

    Have you seen their  " Homestyle cooked meal menu"?
    Lobster menu,  Sizzling plate menu, Uni menu,  Foie Gras menu, Blue Abalone menu,
    Hot pot & Bibimbab menu,  Health Smart Menu,  then the Speakeasy menu,
    Chef's Table menu, tasting menu,  Catering menu, Christmas menu etc???

I've reviewed their 9 menus, some 700 menu items
and particulars.

Please do not lie here. They don't have 700 menu items for customers to choose from. not even #9 cafe has that many for customers.
I went to Lan Kwai Fong yesterday, they have a focused menu with a small number of items.

What menu items they keep for future use is another thing.

But if customers go to Lan Kwai Fong now, they will be served with a focused menu with a smaller list of items.
