山東官佔農地十斤麵粉補償 (17:36)

山東省臨朐縣九山鎮農民土地被當局強制徵收，蓋起政府辦公樓及數十畝公園，但農民每年只獲10斤麵粉做為補償。

中國廣播網報導，在臨朐縣九山鎮沿路兩邊屹立著基本農田保護區的大牌子，但牌子下卻是荒草叢生。在鎮政府所在地九山村，幾百畝農田如今已是車來車往。

當地村民說，「咱九山村是山區，本來就是人多地少，我們基本農田1300口人，不到600畝基本農田，現在全佔盡了。」

唯一用來耕作的平原地帶，如今已被九山鎮政府徵走，蓋起6層樓高的辦公樓。在辦公樓南側，挖土機正在平整土地，一個數十畝的公園已初具規模。

知情人士說，現有的鎮政府辦公樓去年剛裝修過，非常寬敞，該鎮僅5萬人口的規模，卻建起佔地20多畝加上公園等配套200多畝的辦公休閒區。

村民說，「我們連農田都沒有了，建政府辦公樓，再建個公園，老百姓都吃什麼？不能去吃公園吧？是不是？老百姓什麼都沒有，蓋個樓幹什麼？」

更重要的是，農田被強佔後，村民沒得到任何說法，村裏每年只拿出每人10斤麵粉做為補償。

面對農民土地補償問題，九山鎮政府辦公室人員的答覆是不知情。

按照規定，徵用農村基本農田需上報國務院批准，而建公園的用地屬於鎮政府，如果要徵用，必須按照程序徵收，也要取得土地所有人也就是農民的認可。

可能你冇留意, 或者冇我咁關心Peter 仔, 你有冇發現佢呢個thread 冇話人moron 呢? 佢有進步架喇, 係可教之材, 比d 時間佢, 佢一定可以成為一個傑出既LYK 的!

If it is legitimate and constructive comments, then we should accept, but some of these criticisms are so blatantly racist against the Chinese.
At this stage of development, China like many other countries, still has a lot to improve in the next few decades. But these foreigners will use the time in between to bash the Chinese for no reason at all.
