Winter is coming and i really hate being shocked by static electricity whenever i touch my door handle,etc.

i know there is a kind of sticker (or anything of that sort) which u can put on metal surface to eliminate static electricity during winter?

where can i get it? Daiso?

Actually I got more static charge in the summer after I had air-con in car.
