I am planning to go to Calgary & Toronto.

Q1. If I rent a car here, can I just return it in Calgary? If yes, which car rental company got this server and about how much?

Q2. Are there any 'round trip' ticket that I can fly from Calgary to Toronto and come back from Toronto to Vancouver? If yes, where can I get the ticket? If not, what option do I have?

for Q1, you should call the major car rental companies. I think you can drop off the car somewhere else, it will just cost a little extra. Try calling avis, budget or enterprise.
for Q2, check out westjet or aircanada.
