but if ur lookin for a legal place to drink thats pretty decent id recommend VII lounge in richmond or Zodiac karoke (old place)...

I know a private place that's not in richmond.  And yes, you need to have some sort of connection to get in.

i highly doubt u can just walk in the house and drink with ur buddies,,,,u probably need to know the person or frd know that place or some how haf a connection in order to get in =p
