Yesterday, when I tried to park a handicap parking spot in Landsdown, there was a young chinese guy with cig in his mouth, driving a 2-door sport car ( Stealth ) , tried to park that handicap parking spot, of course, he had no handicap permit in his car, and I told him that is for handicap, he just keep yelling F words in chinese in the parking lot.
And I found out he works in that chinese restaurant in Landsdown.
Unbelievable experience, what other people think : chinese fighting for a parking spot and yelling in public area in chinese.
Doesn't matter what kind of handicap, but it's NO VALID HANDICAPPED PERMIT BEING SHOWN ON VISIBLE PLACE! (if to go in deep, the permit is issued to the particular person written on the back of the permit, either he/she should be the driver, or someone is the driver but has to be that particular person being picked up or dropped off.)
X5!! Shame on him! Make Chinese look bad coz of him! For those ppl, u don't need to be scare! Every parking lot has it's own toweling company, call them and tell them what happening, they will come within 30 mins! Coz they will make money of toweling the car, they will be more than happy to do it for u!!! If u tell the security, they may just go find him and tell him to move since he work there!! They maybe knowing each other!! So calling the towe truck is the best way to teach him the lesson!!!
Actually I don't care what car he drive. I just don't understand why a young guy would park on a han ...

I'm pretty sure he will keep on parking on the same spot since he works inside the restaurant in the mall! Next time when u see his car over there! Report to the mall security and just said saw a handicap vehicle couldn't find a spot because of this car, I'm pretty sure the security will do something to save his job lol!
Actually I don't care what car he drive. I just don't understand why a young guy would park on a handicap spot and yelling f-word to somebody who stop him to do so.
