無乜暗瘡,但係想個鼻乾淨d~

用Baking Soda加水洗黑頭就得啦。之後搽Aloe Gel最好，因為Aloe夠保濕。

use baking soda

as mask on face for 5 min.
it works to clear out the blackheads
do it 3 times a week
cheap remedy

前幾日save on foods oil free cleansing gel $22 for 2. 用佐2次，感覺幾乾淨，又吾會搞到塊面好乾.

Which cleanser r u using? I just bought the toning solution I today at shopper's. Haven't tried it yet. But I also need a cleanser.

試o左neostrata 隻洗面, toner, 暗瘡mask 同埋暗瘡膏,用o左4個晚上,好得...
日頭繼續用olay 同biotherm...
搵到個wholesale 有40% off retail price, 搞掂暗瘡可能會試埋其他products

依家去做gym o既時候帶埋隻biotherm o既一份鐘清潔 mask,一份美麗日記mask,同埋night cream 去
一o係steam room出o黎就去洗面,用一分鐘mask,跟住沖涼,跟住再用美麗日記mask 15分鐘,之后搽返night cream 就返屋企訓覺
減少o左好多黑頭,同埋順便迫埋自己做運動同用o下個steam room
