貓肉加「膏」成烤羊 官員稱添加劑合法 可「放心使用」

【明報專訊】可將豬肉變牛肉的「神奇牛肉膏」，在深圳    市場存在多年，本報記者昨天在深圳東門市場很容易就找到，甚至還有羊肉精和雞肉精等，品重齊全，價格便宜，頗受街邊食肆追捧，有烤羊肉檔主用死豬肉或貓肉經加工當羊肉賣。而廣州工商局官員卻稱，「牛肉膏」屬於合法添加劑，稱此類「調味品」只要生產和證照齊全，符合國家規定，消費者可以「放心使用」。

在深圳布吉農貿批發市場和東門市場，有大量的餐料批發零售商行，售賣的調味料除供應當地外，還遠銷外省。而牛肉膏等食品添加劑，是商行公開售賣的其中一種商品。

店主：一般家庭不會買

據東門市場餐料店老闆鍾先生表示，店內除有售賣牛肉膏外，還有羊肉精、雞肉精、豬肉膏等，「膏」的價錢比「精」貴一倍以上，價錢由20多元到60元不等。「一般家庭不會買，現在市民都很注重健康，很多人煮餸連味精都不放了，根本不會買這些香精來用。」而對於有人利用牛肉膏將豬肉變牛肉，他表示簡直荒謬，「牛肉擦牛肉膏，排骨抹排骨膏，增加味道，怎可能用牛肉膏把豬肉變牛肉？」

不過布吉農批市場有商行職員則表示，這些「神奇膏」主要買家都是街邊食肆，特別是晚上街邊擺賣的燒烤檔，他們許多是用有問題的肉類，如烤雞翼，檔主會加入雞肉精等調味料，蓋過一些不新鮮的異味。特別是烤羊肉檔，曾經聽聞過檔主用死豬肉或貓肉經過加工當羊肉賣，由於羊肉膏的味道濃郁，而且肉再經過燒烤，一般人很難分辨得出是假羊肉。

街邊燒烤檔 抹膏蓋異味

不過，廣州《信息時報》昨日引述該市工商局食品流通監督處負責人透露，至今尚未接到有關「牛肉膏」的投訴。該負責人稱，此類食品添加劑是屬於調味品性質，只要生產和證照齊全，符合國家相關規定，那麽消費者還是可以放心使用，只要國家還沒禁止使用，它的存在就算是合法。而內地消費者組織則提醒，如果懷疑碰到了假牛肉需要投訴，首先必須出具相關證據。

No, I cannot to tell you when you cans stop and it, in fact, is a very good source of life income to you since social problems will never be completely resolved and new problems arise everyday.

You don't need to worry about your retirement since you can continue to earn $1 per post indefinitely till the day you die. (by that, you possibly earn $5/post considering inflation).

If you put in the same effort into digging social problems of US and Japan, I am 100% confident that your achievement will not be any less than you have gotten with the China focus.
