0 RICHMOND (NEWS1130) - Vancouver International Airport turns 80 years old this summer, and to celebrate, they're selecting one brave person to spend 80 days and 80 nights there.

This won't be like the movies; the winner will stay at the Fairmont YVR and have access to every shop and service -- even the dentist!

Rebecca Catley with the airport tells us they want an in-house story-teller for Live@YVR and starting today, anyone can upload a three-minute entry video. "A sample of their work and how they would tell those great stories of what happens behind the scenes at YVR."

"We're going to ask the public to determine who they would like to have as their YVR reality TV correspondent for the 80-day period," she explains.

The storyteller will post videos, photos, blog posts, and social media content through a dedicated YVR channel. Click here to find out how to enter the contest.

I read that on the news.

it actually not too bad.. it happens before...like homeless people at the airport

people will recognized you. and once the staff do recognize you.
they will give you goodies and warm feelings

(if you just go there for a day or so and don't talk to people.. dont expect you will get anything out of the airport people)
