【東方日報專訊】溫州的嚴重意外令號稱世界第一的中國高鐵技術頓成國際笑話，外國各大傳媒均大篇幅報道。一直指中國剽竊高鐵技術的日本傳媒更指，中國向海外出口高鐵技術的計劃將因為今次事故，推遲最少五年。

中國在○四起從日本引入新幹線車卡，短短七年建成自家開發的高鐵列車，甚至輸出技術，已有五十多個國家希望引入中國高鐵技術，最近中國更籌備在美國、日本、巴西、俄羅斯及歐洲等地區申請技術專利。日本新聞網報道，今次事故將令中國高鐵蒙上陰影，嚴重窒礙高鐵技術出口，預料中國高鐵技術走向世界至少被推遲五年至十年，甚至更長時間。

日德法求安全 速度次要

設有高鐵的日、德、法等國，均以安全為首位，不會盲目追求速度。早於一九六四年通車的日本新幹線，至今運行四十多年來沒有乘客因列車出軌或相撞死亡。即使今年東日本發生九級大地震，新幹線也沒有出軌，被稱為世界最安全的高速鐵路。德國的城際特快列車（ICE）上配備速度偵測儀器，可量度實際車速，再傳送至控制中心，若列車超速，系統會向駕駛員發警號，必要時電腦會自行緊急煞車，確保列車間保持安全距離。相對日、德高鐵，法國TGV列車事故較多，但也鮮有造成乘客嚴重傷亡。

Why are you saying these strange things? We need to find out where the problem is.
We agree that the problem is not the speed. So why do you talk like we don't agree? You seem to have a low level of problem solving skills.

You need to narrow down to the exact sources of the issue.
If this train was going at 380km then maybe speed is an issue, but this is a 200km line which opened in 2009.

We now know:
1) This line is not new, so it is not the teething problem
2) It is 200km, so speed is not the issue

The other things still need to clear up include:
1) power supply and backup systems
2) signal systems, ATS and backup, from train to train and to the dispatch center
3) train drivers error

High Speed Rail acts as a whole system, it's whether the system is safe and reliable or not...

You are pissing people off if you can only comment "it's not speed problem"... Give your answers to those wounds at the accident and see what responses you will get... Make sure your conscience gets no harm if you are facing the little girl (the last survivor) in the hospital...

This line is only at 200 km/h. The blame should not be on speed.
