We're Open!
The First Gyu-Kaku in Canada is now open in Downtown Vancouver! We would love to see you come by and try some of our Vancouver exclusive menu items!

anyone tried?

。。HI LOCATION

個GARLIC FRIED UDON。。。

I want to see how people compare the two restaurant as well.
I think Gyu-Kaku may have nicer seating and decor... but I want to know if food is better or not compare to Maruchu.

Tried it last night at 7:30, there was a 30min wait and the lineup was only getting longer.  Taiwanese and japanese work the place, but most the customers are japanese.  Food was ok, but I wouldn't say great.  Overall experience was pretty good, 3 person no alcohol, $120.

Why would anyone want to feel like in Japan? Just the food is enough.
