long weekend is coming. the peach arch border crossing for thursday in the morning is already 30 minutes. i can't imagine what it'll be like on friday. probably 1hr+
for those who are planning to shop at exit 202, don't forget to leave early and drive carefully.
For Pacific some people do this shortcut: go to duty free shop to buy a bottle of water, with the receipt you can go out from the duty free parking lot to the exit that is very close to the boarder.

well maybe because long weekend = day off for most of the ppl?

We went through Peace Arch border on Saturday. It was surprisingly fast...took us less than an hour to cross, perhaps because we left late at around 10:30am. However, coming back to Canada took us 3 hours and 15 minutes. The radio broadcast was saying 4 hours for Peace Arch and 1.5 hours for Pacific but it was too late by the time I listened to it.
