Ride To Conquer Cancer request, support

Hi All,
I am going to participate in the 2012 Ride to Conquer Cancer fundraising event.  This is a 200km trip, cycling from Vancouver to Seattle in a span of 2 days. This is for good cause. $500 is a good start! And you still have a lot of time to get your donation going.

You could even host events (I did 1 for mine) and feel free to bug everyone you know. Just mention the effort and training that you need to prepare for this meaningful ride to them. And how important is cancer researches these days. It's also fine to remind people if they said they will donate and haven't.

Let's fight Cancers together! 1 $ and 1 km at a time!

ya, it's my first long ride. I am excited.

My goal is to reach @ $2500 by June for donations and I have only done $500.00 so far. Still a long way to go to hit my target.

Good luck! Is this your first long ride? Great to do it for a good cause.

I did my half marathon run (for the leukemia and lymphoma society) this year but I wasn't brave enough to post my donation link (fundraise for blood cancers research) on lyk.... LOL
