Computer problem: IOBit Advanced System Care v.5

I installed this program and run "Deep Care". It mess up some of the keys on my keyboard. When I type "j", it becomes "1". If I type "k", it becomes "2", etc.

I tried to use the rescue function and change it back to Windows default for the registry, but the problem still exists.
Then I tried to plug a USB keyboard into my laptop, everything works fine for the USB keyboard, no problem at all. But the laptop keyboard still has the same problem.

Should I restore Windows? Or is there a way to correct it?

Yes... the question is answered.

I personally don't suggest any of these software as they do more harm than good. Just periodically run CCleaner and Defraggler are good enough for me.

Yeah.. I think it's only the Num LK as well.

your notebook keyboard with "NUM LK" number locked.
so it shift to 1.2.3......

press the "N ...

press the "NUM LK" key , and check the j, k, l .... keys again.
