If I am correct, SB Coffee is cheaper here in the US too.

My drink Val Soy Latte with no syrup + extra shot is over $5 in Ca, but around $4-4.30 here in US.

Also, the SB at safeway is cheaper than SB store.

Yes ... U can use it ..

I don't know about the exchange rate now ..  doesn't make much diff for few cup of coffee anyway .. ^_^

Yes. The starbuck card issued here can be used in US. But exchange rate applied though. As of today, my $1 in the card only worth $0.975 US

I was able to use my US SB Card in Canada, so I am sure the system is linked and you can do that the other way around.
