I'm looking to buy a small house in Richmond, but there's an electronic transformer and a fire hydrant in the front yard, I would like to know if this will hurt me in the future if I try to re-sell the house ? Will you buy a house with this 2 things in your yard?
There are so many houses in Richmond with an electronic transformer in front.. anyone have one in their yard? Please share the experience... any noise? health problems? Thanks
yes, u r right! learned my lesson this time! i didn't know the market was this "hot"!!! i have a feeling it will take a long time to find a 2nd house that we like! =(
In both of our home purchases (only have 2 anyway), our offers were made in the same day. First time, offer was made even before their first open house. Second time was after their first day open house.
It is such a tough game and good things really doesn't last even in today's market which people said it is a buyer's market.
yes. but still very sad when i got the reply. Took me 3 weekends to look all around Richmond, then i finally found one.. and i just used 2 days to think, next thing... is gone! 2 days?! next time if i see sth i like, maybe i need to put in an offer right away!?!? lol
well. Thanks for everyone's comment. I really like the house, is beside a park and the area is not bad. but too bad, when i try to put in an offer, the house accepted someone's offer. So, i need to keep looking~ hope i can find my dream house soon, and next time will not have this 2 items in the yard~
