[中餐館] 邊度有早茶飲？ breakfast, vancouver, friends, before, least

friends are coming to vancouver and they want to go have dim sum for breakfast before we go ski.....

but as I know most places don't open until at least 10am....
does anyone know of any restaurants that do open early and taste good?

    that place is not too baby friendly...the seating doesn't seem to fit my booster seat.
