I had the #1 Tenderloin set. I asked what's the difference between #1 and #2, the staff said #2 is more fatty meat.
It comes with pickle, miso soup, one dipping sauce for the cabbage, and one other sauce for the pork chop, also some grind sesame.
Because I waited rather long, I forgot to take pic at the beginning....this is half way thru my 'lunch'...
Will I go back? Yeah, but wait until the lineup is not that long...
The line up at Saboten is becoming a 名勝 in Richmond now. Every time I past by, I can see people holding up their cameras/phones to take pictures of the line up.
we went because they have been highly recommended on AM1470 but we were a bit disappointed. The pork chop is ok but not as exceptionally delicious as they claimed. We have waited for 40 minutes in order to have my order on Saturday.
