十几年前回归前就预计到有今日甘的田地的啦，一D 都唔出奇

一條樁，短幾呎，幾十萬, too much la......it must be "executed" by the very "professional"... which means, they all know what they are doing, and they all know what would happen, and they all know what wouldn't happen... Unless, they are "stupid"...
十幾萬, more realistic...

在下唔記得十幾定幾十咯，圓洲角短樁案，其中有兩座大廈出現嚴重沉降，最後要拆卸。

可能佢哋用mixed 唔同長短，所以部分無事，部分出事，計錯數，條工程佬應該釘牌

In Asia, they don't need the best engineer, what they need is the "best" project manager... And the "best" means cost efficient...
