Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry!

Wondering of anyone also have bad experience with them.
I really need an item but don't want to give them my business. Does anyone know where else I can buy OSIM in town?

藥貴過人兼無得退(tylenol 未開過，有單只買了一日) ，手機鋪出千多古惑 (額外手續費之類).  電腦鋪標價唔清唔楚，printer 標價50打單額外環保費變80幾不過都算啦係政府費唔同佢計，仲有的保健丸出面12 蚊佢敢賣35 .... 好跨張㗎，呢個場俾班大泡和咁玩法遲早摺。

I experienced the same situation from you!!! DO NOT purchase anything from the Chinese Lady who seems like the owner. She is very stupid and she does not know anything.

After that, I found a Hong Kong boy who works there, he is very helpful and very detailed to explain the product and he never push you purchase anything. He is the only male works there and he knows all the products. He is only working weekdays only. At last I purcahsed a lot of things from him because he gave me good attitude. Hope you can find him next time when you want to buy osim's products.

Well, last time I check out some stuff from that store the sales are ok though. But it's last year. Sorry to hear Zuesel has such bad experience!

All I can say: Their Sale team is a fun team, a robot without logic or thinking.
As I said before, they don't care business, all they want to do is to pay rent to Ba Ba Deen.
