I think Harper got a strong base within the Chinese Canadian community. My mom voted for him, in no way will I vote for Harper. All his cabinets are Anglo cowboys..To have a real multicultural society, I think we need to vote for Liberal's ignatieff, atleast he is russian canadians. These anglos are racist pricks

I am speaking of internet voting on every important decesion of the government, then we don't need a leader in control.

Interesting point, I think the media would have to be a non-profitable entity with no censorship. Also a greater diversity in media outlets for it to happen.

That's a good point.   I think about this since few years ago.  Just like the "techno" government type in Civilization game.  However, it must be built on a society that everyone is educated and has access to internet, and information flow is completely transparent.

The technology for internet voting is already there. Some people think if they can vote online during the election, the voting rate will increase, especially for younger people.
