有冇人從來未試過自己一個人住？ 其它, 住宿, 陌生人

突然間好想知有幾多人冇自己住過，因爲好多身邊嘅人呢幾年結婚組織家庭，但係回想返佢哋由讀書到結婚都係好似冇自己同自己相處過。
我想問如果冇自己住過，會唔會好miss自己一個人嘅私人空間？

同埋好要define咩叫＂自己一個人住＂。你中學阿爸阿媽返咗香港自己喺呢度住大屋自己住幾個禮拜呢啲唔算係自己住過。
但係大學住宿舎同出去同陌生人夾租地方住可以撥入＂其它＂，因爲我本人就唔覺得呢啲算自己住，但係你哋可以拗吓。

3/4 friends come up for a few drinks, 6/7 people come up for poker... doesn't need a mansion ba...? Poor ppl used to small spaces ma, haha~

Considering a SE facing unit for Affinity at Brentwood vs a South facing unit for Jewel II at Metrotown. With Jewel II being a lil pricier but feels like a better general location. Anyone with experiences with these condos?

Place being close to Richmond not only means I can get to Richmond quicker, but also means more friends over ma.

That said, I'm starting to lean Brentwood, given that it's only 5/6 minutes more to Richmond, but 10 minutes closer to DT and 10 minutes closer to work as compared to Highgate area.

I work near Production Station ma, that's why. Brentwood to my work place is 10 minutes, 16 min from Highgate, 20 from MacPherson Walk.

And heck, all the 1BR condos in Highgate always has this massively obstructive fireplace. Pisses me off.

Highgate may be 5 minutes faster, not much...

Normal driving time from Brentwood to 3rd road is +/- 30 minutes as well.

Highgate going down to 3rd road takes about 25mins only via Queensborough.  Brentwood can't beat that.

Some update and plea for help again.

I have called a couple decent Craigslist postings up lately. And a lot of them says they have been rented out. Some of the postings are only as recent as a few days old! I am actually surprised how quickly these rather pricey rental units are sniped up. Maybe by Strong Country students?

Back to location talk. Have been debating High gate vs Brentwood due to proximity to Richmond. Is Brentwood considered quite far when it comes to distance to Richmond?
