美國康涅狄格州一所小學當地時間周五（14日）發生槍擊案，造成至少27人喪生，其中包括18名兒童。當地官方稱槍手已經被擊斃。
CBS報道說，行兇槍手是一名學生的父親。CNN報道說，死者中包括學校校長和心理輔導員。

What you said, you don't really believe it's true, do you?
For many other poor countries, it simply aren't their priority, nor the time to care about it.
Essentially, for the poor countries, it cost them more to worry about mental health, and it's not worthy.  For developed countries, it cost the country more if they don't deal with it.

Those who know that the US is working on Health Care reform.  My understanding that is this can help minimize of these issues.
Mental health issues are officially called behavioral health, there used to be very little money spent on preventions, but more will be spent on that.

The shooter has been identified as Ryan Lanza. CBS News has confirmed Lanza's mother was a teacher at the school and is among the dead.

So it's not sure if the initial report was correct.
