thank you everyone for your input... it's very valuable, I want to get it as my friend said it has been very cheap comparing to the past so I want to get one and save time on line-ups...

你可以上網預約，面試．十多廿分鐘一個人，先由美國見，再由加拿大見．
分開每個人獨立見．
由於當日有兩個美國兩個加拿大officer，咁我四個人就重疊，約３５分鐘．
我就用機場嗰個office.

要留意，他們起晒你個底．我等緊見時，聽到有個人比問有否法律紀錄，個人話無，點知，個人曾比女友打個電話報警，無告，都有紀綠．

如果係落美國, 在exit 2A睇到龍尾, 即出2A, 用8 ave的回旋, 用回2A入番99. 即是入咗Nexus.

如果係落美國, 在exit 2A睇到龍尾, 即出2A, 用8 ave的回旋, 用回2A入番99. 即是入咗Nexus.
如果排到2B, 即出, 用King George Blvd, 南下到8ave回旋, 同用2A入番99, 即是入咗Nexus.
如果明知大日子, 可用8A出, 早一點行King George. 同上.

由美國番上嚟
如果係大日子, 我會出275, 左轉boblett, 行內街, 至D St, 入276入番hwy 5. 即時係Nexus.
出咗275可以睇到有冇排得咁長, 若可以, Truck Route543的Nexus lane 由H St開始, 你可以用內街Boblett St出, 去H St, 咁左轉出番543, 即時Nexus.

若指示話delay大過60分鐘, 我通常都咁行, 避開條隊頂住條Nexus.

important piece of info:
everyone in your car needs to have a nexus card for the car to go through Nexus lane.
So if you cross the border with family, that's fine. (whole immediate family can apply on the same application)
If you usually go down south with your friends, make sure they all have their cards. Otherwise, it's not going to work.

I think you talk about nexus card to States.....I have it and is worth la....we went to States at Victoria day, came back to Van, just 10 mins(need to pass all the traffic that block the lane and I think that more than 2 hrs line up at regular lane)
