One month ago, I went ebay.ca, found an item I like, it said bid $5.00, so I click bid, and I won the bid. However, I didn't know the shipping needs $15. Therefore, I didn't proceed paypal.

Today, I go ebay.ca, found another different item I like, it says buy it now $7/shipping $8, so I click on commit to buy. However, the paypal indicates the total is $37 because the shipping is like $30 instaed of $8. Therefore, I didn't proceed paypal.

My question is, when I win a bid or commit to buy something on ebay/ I don't proceed the payment, what is going to happen?

thanks

Probably the shipping location is wrong...

eBay can't give negative feedback to the buyer anymore, it sucks and nothing can be done about it.

So...  the shipping is $30 instead of $8...

I think you have misread the duty fee .. or the shipping location.

you should read carefully about shipping rates in addition to the price of the items
(ex. read about international shipping rates if item is not coming from Canada....)

yes you are likely to receive negative feedback from those sellers

Should always read the fine prints and check with the seller for actual shipping charge to Canada first before you commit. I am sure the sellers will give you negative feedback if you don't make your payment.
