Their cakes are good but their service is bad.  Anyone feels the same?

It's always hard to choose between those nice looking super sweet sugar fondant cake or less sweet chinese style cake...

Quest

St. Germain is a bit inconsistent in terms of overall service.

For kids B-day cake, I now opt for Pine-house instead. They are less sweet than those guai-lo style B-day cakes.

It's really depends on the person who serves you.  Some are nicer than the others.

They are always busy so the service is a bit rush. But I haven't experienced any really bad service or staff being impolite.
