Bad experience in OpenRoad Honda

今日食完lunch同女友去睇車
去到 openroad 呢個大家庭
首先去 Toyota 睇 Rav4  同 Matrix
個 sales 好 pro ,好熟我地架舊 Rav4 同新 Rav4 既分別

之後再去睇 Honda
入到去見唔到有 08 Accord 都覺得奇怪
點解得架07 accord 仲要 demo
再行行企企一陣都無人理

走去同個應該係 sales manager 既人講我想睇 08 Accord
即刻點個坐佢隔離個西人 sales 俾我
我同佢講我想睇「08 Accord ,直四,Ex 或者 EXL」
以為佢會覺得我有誠意啦,我都唔係去 walk around
載我走過去睇 catalog,對住本野讀個 spec 出黎
ok....跟住問我仲有無野想睇
我話我好想睇真車,特別係個內籠

終於帶我去 parking lot 行下
走過去架 V6 EXL 話「個內籠就係咁,仲想睇乜野」
我再講「我好想你開門俾我睇下個內籠,我想坐上去」
佢話度門 lock 左 ,我都知「山係石頭,海係水」
跟住佢再講「sorry ,原來呢架唔係我地車行車,係人地既車」
算啦,我都係想睇車,無謂同佢嘈

帶我去隔離架 直四,EX 度睇
又再講「個內籠就係咁架啦」
又再問我「仲有乜需要」
我諗我個需要佢都滿足唔到我
禮貌上講句 thank you 我都轉身走

我響 Calgary 去睇車從來未試過咁既 sales
係咪 OpenRoad D 人真係咁架?
有無邊間 Honda 個態度無咁樣?

I visit the Middlegate Honda before and it was very good, and my friend bough a car from them,good served, good prine.. however after it become "Openroad" I'm not sure. I been the Openroad Toyota and not being served at all (thus I don't like salesman following me around anyway).

The Richmond Honda.. it's horrible. I heard lot of stories about them before. Personally, long time ago I'm interested in a 2 yrs used car there. I look at the sticker price and try bargain as it's overprice compare with the "yellow book" (not black book), as most other place mark their price matching the dealer price in yellow book. However he insist it's not overpriced, and showing me his book. I did research before so I feel something wrong, then I find out his book is one year old hence show the price of car one year newer then it should. I point that out then he got mad....

My family bought a '07 Accord from Middlegate Honda a year ago, we got to test drive it and service was pretty good. We had problems with the car recently and my dad brought it back there and service was still good... I had no complaints.

Finally, | went to the Honda dealter on marine drive. The service was completely different.

I went there at 4:15pm on Sunday (again). I know this is a ****ty time and most sales won't even care about you. Anyway, the sales was extremely nice. He tried to answer all the questions I had, thou some specific answer could not answer me right away. Surprisely, he also let me to test drive the new Accord. After test driving, it's 5pm already. I felt pretty bad about it but he still kept saying no problems.

Overall speaking, the service is very good.

Open road strives towards good customer service. I am sure they will do something about it to make it right.

其實又要睇份買車合約點寫.
如果唔係車行履行唔到合約內容,
只係個客單方面要取消, 咁可以算係撻定喎.

At that time there was a car still in the building process, so we had the deposit on
that car. We changed our mind two weeks after we had the deposit down, told the
sales we want to cancel the order and take our deposit back. Almost 2 months of
waiting, the sales still came up with different reason why the process took so long.
and told us the car already arrived. bla bla bla.
We take the car after. haha. Maybe thats their strategy.
