if you are so desperate, i really suggest you to try going back to hk for just 6 months. So far from what my frds have experienced is that yes, every doctor gives out that medicine, but then his moisturizer is the only thing that is strong enough to stop skin irritations. even though i don't trust him, i do use his moisturizer some times since i get break outs from all of the other skin care brands. and you DO have to finish the program... coz many ppl stops the program before it's completed since their skin looked fine, and their problems comes back since they are not fully treated.
Chine medicine doesn't work period. For me anyways... anything that remotely helped me was coming back to vancouver for a month... and what it did was just transferring my breakouts to my body... I think it is a good thing and you should see a chinese doctor for general purpose, but i just don't want to get your hopes up since i was disappointed time after time...
I took different western medication for my acnes (prescribed by doc), went to Dr. P.W and the cream and antibiotics were efficient and clear out my acnes 90%+, but I can tell you, those are all fake hopes lor. Once i stopped the application, I break out even worse than ever and my skin got extremely sensitive. And not to mention there were so many side effect from taking western medicine, i got depression and weight gain from birth control pills, I got super sensitive skin from those cream and pregnancy is prohibited during the application and for a while. So I realized that I cannot rely on western medicine as it is only a "temporary fix", not the "cure".
Chinese doctors doesn't work for me at all.... it made my situation worst...
I mean for me, even if I get relive from my face, I get break outs all over my body.... but I gave up seeing doctors since I party lots and I have various different problems physically and emotionally. It comes and goes especially before and after my period.... So I just make sure I wash my face again after i removed my make up, avoid stress, and power sleep as much as possible.
I still think western medicine is the best. In HK there is a doctor called Wong Kwok On... I don't trust him but he is famous and quite a few of my friends said that he works. I mean their skin is not flawless but at least they get less break outs. There must be doctors that works in vancouver too, you just need your family doctor's referral.
We won't be off the hook until like we are in old age... acne problems only get worst as we age... so yea we can only pray that it stops.
Sound like you have a regular pattern of living. Chinese herb is good to balance your body and I believe it may take a little bit longer time to regulate your body before the 暗瘡 dispapper. So be patient to have herb.
I trust herb because it restore my body from serious accident.
I'm a 30 year old woman. I only wash my face regularly, morning once and night once. and I never touch my face at all during the day, I even have separate towels just to dry my face after wash. Anyone else have some feedback on Chinese med doc? Please you may be able to save me by just telling me what you know! pls help!
