I guess people who would bike regularly to commute are rich enough to live and work in a "safe" area of town; otherwise it is fairly tough to be cycling all the time, so regular cyclist can be said not to be not Rich.

I only can remember how much money they have wasted on building the #3 center bus lanes and now not long after they have to rebuild the whole #3....

well if you use faresavers you are only paying $1.50 more for a 2-zone booklet

if these additional money are actually helpful for them to improve their not-very-good bus schedules and routes now....i am willing to pay it
