各住Apartment 住嘅LYK, 小弟常見, 慘被吹漲嘅賤人 四大惡行, 你遇過幾多?

1. 响走廊拖行成袋垃圾, 留低一條又臭又長嘅水漬.
2. 响露臺狂煲煙, D煙就係咁吹過隔籬鄰舍, 話之佢死.
3. 將D垃圾不論乾溼, 乜都掉落Recycle Bin.
4. 將停車塲當私人貨倉, 話之你大廈畀消防抄牌, 累吓街坊一齊畀.

我有朋友去咗大陸做嘢租屋住, 佢話原來响大陸D管理處有權將欠管理費同違規嘅單位表揚示眾, 真係諗下都開心.

十六樓X座呀邊個邊個响大堂吐口水, 依例罰款二百, 兼遊街示眾.                 管理處示

幾咁有阻嚇性.

呢個係事實, 高質素嘅管理係會整頓整個大厦, 所以我從來唔會投訴管理費貴, as long as D錢係有效咁用番响大廈度.
同理高管理費亦會趕絕D有問題嘅爛鬼租客, 間接提高物業嘅 value.

大C姐

D大廈絕大部份都有property manager﹐鬼佬無野叻﹐最叻投訴。而且都幾嚴﹐開住度門都罰$400。

當然一分錢一分貨﹐平D嘅apartment可能鬆散D﹐人又雜D卦?

you can write a report to health care department and ask those stuff to talk to them
