I used to buy it from king's bakery.. but they don't open on Tuesday.. and my mom's birthday is on next Tuesday..

I  don't want pick it up on Monday night and all the cream will sick on the next day..

what do u mean all the cream will sick on the next day?
I've bought cakes from King's bakery (金獅 ) and everytime i picked them up a day in advance
and the cream is still nice and soft and pretty (and of course we did not get sick from it, if thats what u meant?)
so ithink is no problem if u pick it up on monday
