yes if you continue watch part2 of the show... this owner try to put Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese dishes all on his menu... and didn't look like he did his research before opening at current location.
marketing is important
btw she does like garlic when it is suppose to be there. she like the garlic pork cheek from a Taiwanese restaurant.

it is very funny. However, I disagree with her for the use of garlic. I always put a lot of garlic  (3 times of normal portion) when I cook just because I like garlic.

hm...I don't know why she made a big deal on keeping garlic in the food...lots of people like to eat garlic!!!   Garlic is a very healthy food.


She is quite theoretically correct and logical about cooking concept however the use of garlic is always base on personal preference, hard to dictate everyone.
