You're making assumptions again.  When did mui122 say when she moved back?  She could've just moved a month ago or a year ago.  Left too long?  Reasonable expectation again I guess.

So where did you learn "Discrimination" and "racism"?  And how did you know people like me learned it in Canada?  And how are you so sure where ever you learned it from is the "right" one?
