What do you think about the recent discount of the property sales?  Was that a smart move for that developer?  Good marketing eh?  

How many of you did go look at the sites and interested of getting into the market?

Me... not yet!   =)

Of course, lower, I remember it is about 10 lower.

However, my assessment .. has rised 2X% ....   so even I PAID to appeal ..  the guy just said " no ar .. we believe house price in your house is rising ..  "

I guess depends on luck ..  last time, the lady was good .. and instead of 20% increase, she refined it to like 10% ..

Sigh ..  how about you guys? assessment increased?

House price for sure will keep falling .. I guess for B.C. after winter Oly .. may be even worse ...

Low B, 我睇都未至於04水平。個別地區如Vancouver West 就有可能。如果 China rebounces 得快, 銀行鬆小小, 04 level 似乎机会不大。

But never say never. 如果銀行唔放水喉, 04 level 就 not distant future 啦。
