Where to get the agreement of Purchase and Sale?

get, agreement, Sale, Purchase, Where
Any of you know where can I get this "agreement/contract of Purchase and Sale" for residential property? We are not going through any agent, so need to get this form...thx^^

I saw them at Staples and Chapters.
I think for Chapters, it's under laws or agreements.
