話說今晚特登同男友make a trip 去 Richmond 拎眼鏡，因為對方說要鏡片要一個禮拜才到！

去到之後，發現個配鏡師搞錯，搞到我哋白來一場！
再而想賴我哋，問我哋係咪要求特別鏡片，之後又唔要！
所以個配鏡師先加句野上去，所以配錯鏡片！我哋根本就無要個咩特別鏡，而我男友道數亦唔滲！點可以自己做錯仲要賴個客？？學劉華話齋，今時今日嘅服務態度真係唔得！

我哋好有禮貌咁叫佢哋將個眼鏡寄去屋企，個男仔當我哋係外星人咁話，吓，副眼鏡下禮拜就到，你係唔係都要返嚟㗎啦！（非常老鳳格）我男友同講話我哋係溫哥華住，好少落嚟，依架都係放工先落richmond 羅眼鏡！

繼續insist 要我哋返嚟羅眼鏡，又話我哋都要幫你教鏡框，我男友即刻話，教鏡框可以依㗎教，你只不過要配副鏡片！

我開始有啲慶，同佢講我男友一個禮拜返六日工，根本無時間make 個 trip 落 Richmond！更何況依㗎係你哋公司做錯，咁當然係你哋寄俾我，而唔係要個客走落嚟拎啦！

個配鏡師即時黑面答應，個sales 見我男友黑面到極點，即刻問佢公司保幾多，講完80%之後，個配鏡師即刻stop ，話我哋用咗100 in store credit, 所以無得平，仲要賴型話 that make sense, right? 再而以勝利者姿態望我一下！

actually, my hubby and I just went there last week and were so "lucky" to bump up with couple of those cocky male salesmen!!! When we walked into the shop, nobody greets to us (not even a single word, "Hi"). Then, we looked at the frames on the shelves, kinda like self-served. One guy there was just sitting there with nothing to do, but he just looked at us with a cocky attitude and didn't even approach us and give us any help....wth...Well, I guess they are making a LOT of business that they simply just don't need ours. So we left the shop and promised that we will never go back to this "藝視" again....

我都成日去個邊買.... 眼鏡ok...但係d服務態度就... 上次我都係去訂左眼鏡跟住要我等勁耐 and 去2次

you can complain any company even they are not BBB members. as long as they are a registered company

You mean if the company is qualified to be one of the members in BBB, or if a customer is qualified to file a complaint?
The fact is, any registered company can apply as one of their members, and any customer can file a complaint to any BBB member.
(I just not sure if they're a member or not.)
