Cops should be even more shameful, for they can't shoot accurately on the aiming target according to their wishes (as seen on TV that they want left arm then shoot on the left arm, and then they want right ear then shoot on the right ear... ). In this case, I think the chance was the female cop didn't intend to kill the old man but just shot him down by accident!

Without any regards to what happened in this case specifically... Why does the police force, for such a small city and small police force (compared to HK, for example), have SO MANY NEGATIVE PRESS every week? That alone allows conclusivity in regards to how inadequate the system is.... whether it plainly be bad media/public relations, or the lack of accountability in the police force, and/or how substandard the system is.... etc is up for debate

係窩﹐差D漏左回應你提我打錯字呢件事添。。。

其實想講好耐。。。大家請容忍我 D白字﹐唔係我唔識字﹐或者教育水平勁低 (雖然唔係高)﹐只係呢個死人 SOFTWARE 好多字打唔到﹐而且將所有的簡體轉繁﹐或是相反都出錯。。。例如個“郁”字﹐我係永遠打唔到正確的“鬱”﹐那個“有”字旁的“鬱”。。。大家看不過眼都請包容一下﹐污染你們眼睛了﹐罪過罪過。。。不喜歡的朋友請 SKIP 我的 POST﹐多謝囉~~~
