I would like to transfer my cell phone account to a third party. I called Fido a week ago and the agent told me they can do it anytime over the phone or at the Fido store.
I went to the Fido store today and requested for account transfer. The salesperson told me neither my voice plan or data plan is transferable, since both of them are the discontinuous plans.
I called Fido customer services again, the agent told me my data plan is transferable but not my voice plan. And suggested the third party picks a current voice plan. We ended the call and discussed the options.
10 minutes later, I called Fido again, another agent told me that both the data plan & voice plan are transferable. So we processed the transfer.
The whole process was done in 2 hours, yes 2 hrs only. what the fxxx
My suggestion is, call Fido as many times as your need until they process your request. |
