Yes, stock up the canned foods, instant noodles and spring water and try to live on the survival lifestyle as we are in a middle of big earthquake disaster. Try to survive for 4 years and bet our luck on the houses we buy in the third year.

It is a very good rehearsal to get ourselves prepared for the upcoming big disaster everyone has talked about it for a long time.

P.S. – I just couldn’t stop laughing at it when I was writing those craps above.

Maybe there is another option and can be executed  in 3 steps:

Step 1:  Vote NDP
Step 2: Buy couple of houses when the price drops to bottom in 3 years
Step 3: Vote Liberal in next term and sell th ...

The only thing I know is.. I learnt from History that NDP will bring economic disaster.  It is not about who leading the party, it is the party itself.  
Man.. in this economy crisis, I cannot imagine ...

Man.. in this economy crisis, I cannot imagine what will happen if NDP get elected.  I am sure I will go somewhere else if this happen.  But, then, after 3 years, I will come back Vancouver to buy house for sure... you know what i mean. lol

so my 2 cents is, if anyone who will stay in BC, vote Liberals.  for anyone who will leave BC but will come back 3-4 years later, vote NDP.
if you will never come back, vote green.    So, when you die, there will be trees and flowers around you.
