Just wondering if people ever had issues with IMPARK and how did you deal with it

If you got a ticket at aberdeen, you can dispute it by your actual shopping receipt for that day.
you can do it with impark first, if doesn't work, go to customer service, weekday before noon.

The key of success is BE NICE, POLITE, LISTEN, NO ARGUMENT, RESPECT, ADMIT YOU DID PARK OVER LIMIT, CALM, NO SWEARING. With the shopping receipt from aberdeen, 90% of the time you will get disputed.

okay~ i disputed my tickets~

but it's kind of stupid....
cuz instead of prooving that I was shopping at the place~ i had to proof that I left

it only says on the regulation plate that
MAX. 4 hours
but not clearly indicated whether or not it's per visit or per day
i work at the place.... so i always take some of my lunch time to leave the mall for at least 20 min or so then go back
but i guess the parking attendant is already on to my car~
i was actually there right after he gave me  a ticket and i asked him why did he give me a ticket and explained that I was gone for an hour (which i did that day) and he said i work there i park there everyday (which is not true~ cuz sometimes my mom gives me a ride to work)
but anyways!! i know there was no point to argue with him cuz he can't cancel the ticket anyways~ so i called.... took forever to get through though..

still... i don't understand why employee who are also shoppers are not allowed to park there
it's just stupid

now i gotta find somewhere else to park ~ just stupid

usually they waive the first ticket for you
just try and call them to see
or just send a cheque for $10 and say that's all you can afford

If I don't pay, I need to worry that I always get calls, bad credit record, I can't park in other parking lot (afraid of bein ...

To me if I do violate the rules...I will accept the consequence (i.e. pay the fine in this case).

like what?  You can finish the whole mall within 2 hours at most (including eating, daiso, ...)

But some ppl might go to see the doctor, doing facials, and even the kid's play ground... those take up a long time~~~

Change your license plate, otherwise they will tow your car when you park at any
of their parking lots, even you pay for parking. It cost only $15 to change the license plate compare with the fine. ...
