He should not off leash the dog in the public......He broke the law..

Dr Chan 的廣告是成功的，因為很多人在談論他及他的廣告。一個廣告很受注目已經是成功的一大半了！Dr Chan 的每一個廣告都備受關注，佔上討論區的不少位置！如此出位的廣告做法讓他在溫哥華的生意多年來仍能支撐得著，必定有其理由！他的芝穎豪園無人睇好！個個都話唔會幫襯他，倒頭來芝穎豪園的生意又不是很差，甚至可以說幾好添，午飯時間去大都要可能要等位............. 人人都話不去幫襯，但事實上每日又有很多人去幫襯！廣告的效力就是如此神奇！

I didn't see that stupid ad
but my mom said when the fat guy gave the command to the dog
the dog was not facing him when doing the command. Apparently the dog was listening to someone else and not him
