A 13-floor apartment building under construction collapsed Saturday morning in Shanghai,killing one worker. Witnesses said the whole building started to fall down at about 5:30 am on Saturday and a 28-year-old worker surnamed Xiao from Anhui province was buried in the collapse and killed, the Xinhua news agency reported.

Do business people in China only see money in their eyes and view people's life as nothing? So mad... I remember when I was touring Japan, the tour guide told us that Japanese always kept the good stuff in the country and rarely export them out in order to give the best to their own people, how come business people in China can only think of taking advantage of their own people?
