*special thanks to Nam for some great tips!*

Butter chicken spice (pre packaged)
Chicken drum sticks, remove skin and bones, season with above.
Can of diced tomato
Grate onions
Grate almonds
Diced Potato
1/2 and 1/2 cream
butter

1. Stir fry chicken to 1/2 cooked
2. Add onions and potato, bring to boil, turn to med heat
3. Add tomato, almonds
4. Add more butter chicken spice, butter
5. Add cream, remove fr. heat

Mine is different I think.. it's a real indian brand if Ididn't remember wrong.

Nam, i drove up and down the Edmond st 2x  with my friends and can only find this Indian grocery store. So, i got this brand. I think it could taste even better with the brand that you use. could you give me the address and name of the store if you remember?

Nam, is this the same box of spice you got?

Mine was good but the tandorri taste was heavier than yours. I like yours better!
