好好味﹐但簡單到唔可以再簡單﹐唔洗 10mins 搞掂﹐啱晒唔識煮飯 or 大懶人。
不過我嫌食譜太少雞... 自己會加多 D 雞﹐整多 D sauce。

Below is the ingredient for 2 servings
1. Chicken Meat (approx 150g)
2. Onion x1
3. egg x 3
4. Sauce   Cooking Wine (alcohol) 2 tablespoon
               Sugar, Mirin 1 tablespoon each
               Soy Sauce  2 teaspoon
               Salt half teaspoon

1.  Cut the chicken meat into small piece.
Slice the onion to strings
mix the eggs in another bowl

2.  Stir fry the chicken and the onion
and when the chicken is cooked, add half cup of water into the fry pan.
When it boiled  add the sauce and turn the heat to low and put the cover on and boil it for another 5 mins.  Make sure the onion is well cook

3. Pour half mix eggs into the fry pan around the outer circle of fry pan.
Put the cover on and then boil it for 2 mins
Then pour the rest of the eggs into the fr pan in circle. dont stir the eggs with chopsticks.
tilt the fry pan to make sure the eggs are well spread and put the cover on and boil it for 1 mins.
When the  eggs are half done its ready to serve.

The version i got is very similar as well. But instead of soy sauce, my sis's mother-in-law uses soba soy sauce dilute with water (with benito) and no salt.

Also she didn't stir fry the chicken and the onion and just added them in with the sauce.
(most oyakodon don't have caramelized onion)
