same as all other depts, just depend on your luck.  
i had really bad experience with them and complained to cbsa.  but they said i should complain to their supervisor at that moment, not sending them an email after wor.

佢地話D味粉/醬料裡面包含肉類啵....
個人覺得非常無理取鬧

基本上佢諗到咩理由都可以收你囉我覺得
我次次都對佢地印象好差

我朋友話佢地個倉庫成堆垃圾
好多都係私人想收就收

並不喜歡加拿大海關
