Thought I should have ONE thread for ALL my handmade cards to share with you.

Just made these 3 enveloped cards and I really like them:



Materials:
Stamps: SU! On Your Birthday Set #111664, Fiskars' border patrol
InkPads: SU! Basic black $101179, g studio's orange and redish brown
Papers: SU! Card stocks - bashful blue #105120, petty in pink # 100459, Martha Stewart's Value Pack, pattern papers - paper reflections
Tools: SU! circle punch 3/4" #107212, Spellbinders's Nestabilities classic Scalloped Ovals Large, and Classoc Ovals Large
Envelopes: Get. No.8 9.2cm x 16.5cm size (from shoppers drug mart)

Here is a wedding invitation card sample for my friend. (She gave me the sketch of the card) I am not sure what else I shall put on the front because she doesn't want too many things on the front. Also, she would like to have the combination of Chinese and Western styles/designs since she's Asian and her hubby is white. =P Let me know what you think?

車人, it is a stamp from SU! =) I just stamped and then embossed it with glitters

since your fd wants it simple. i think it's good enough.. but maybe you want to put a cartoon couple pic on the card.

I love the floral paper... Did you embossed that?
By the way, did you stamp the stamp with the glue pad and then sprinkle the glitters?
I personally is having a hard time maintaining the glitters on the card.

草莓妹妹, I got that floral paper from HK. I embossed the glitters and the clear embossing powder together so the glitters would remain on the card =)

There would still be some changes for the card but I will have to wait for her to take a look of the card in real before I do a 2nd sample! =)

Maybe add a piece of vellum or those thin tracing paper inside the card.
Usually, invitations have those rite~
