Your pkg arrived Richmond Depot on 4/7 morning.. pending for customs clearance.
Your pkg is still in Richmond la..not in Fredericton, NB...Fredericton is just UPS broker location only jar~~ and as of the lastest status, UPS has arranged customs clearance..and now just pending for the release~ once release they will send it out for delivery la~
Hope this help
If the shipment was sent via UPS Ground, be prepared to pay a really expensive brokerage fee. UPS Ground going through the border from US to Canada is a major ripoff because of that.
If you are going to use UPS Ground, send it to Point Roberts and go pick it up yourself. It'll be much cheaper that way.
