綜援金不敷應用，父親竟將奶粉開稀餵飼女嬰。可憐女嬰出生三個月來持續營養不足，體重較出生時不升反跌，瘦骨嶙峋，僅重兩公斤多，為正常女嬰的一半。父母聲稱待月底獲發綜援金，就帶女嬰求醫，並領取出世紙，豈料女嬰捱不到月底，還沒有名字就離開人世。

皮下脂肪幾完全流失
驗屍顯示，女嬰去世時身體瘦弱，體重僅得 2.667公斤，比出生時還輕，較三個月大女嬰標準體重 5.6公斤輕逾 53%；皮下及內臟周圍的脂肪組織幾乎完全流失，重要器官心、肝、脾、腎臟及胸腺的重量，較同齡標準低。
