滬寧高鐵不高速 乘客抱怨被高鐵

滬寧城際高速鐵路正式投入運營不過10天,來自民間的批評之聲卻越來越多,諸如《滬寧高鐵:又一個美麗的謊言》之類的帖子迅速在網上流傳,矛頭直指滬寧高鐵所引以為豪的“上海南京73分鐘直達”,以及“列車最高時速350公里”等片面不實的宣傳。據香港《大公報》的報導,根據最新的滬寧高鐵官方列車時刻表,從南京到上海虹橋總計301公里的路程,九成高鐵列車跑完全程耗時均超過100分鐘,而其中最慢的G7023次更是需要127分鐘,甚至超過了2個小時,平均時速還不到150公里。

相比之下,老滬寧線上曾經最快的一趟D414次動車組列車,跑完全程也不過只需要1小時58分鐘。那麼,滬寧高鐵究竟“高”在哪裡呢?不少內地民眾坦言,高鐵就高在票價。據悉,目前高鐵上海到南京二等座的票價是人民幣146元,相比原先滬寧動車組二等座票價93元,高出了近六成;一等座票價更是高達233元,比原先動車組一等座112元的票價,上漲超過百分之百。或許正因為如此,滬寧高鐵開通以來的上座率還不到50%。

報導引述一位不願透露姓名的鐵路業內人士表示,滬寧高鐵能夠達到時速350公里的,只有上海南京之間的“大站直達車”,但即使按照最快的全程73分鐘來計算的話,以滬寧間301公里的距離作個除法,平均時速也僅為250公里而已。另據《燕趙都市報》此前刊出的一篇署名為“唐客公司”(即具體負責製造該高鐵列車的“唐山軌道客車有限責任公司”)通訊員的報導披露:“滬寧城際鐵路途徑上海、蘇州、無錫、常州、鎮江、南京等多達21個站點,其中僅有兩段時速可達350公里的路段,且最長的一段只有12公里,能夠保持該時速僅僅大約10秒鐘”。

目前,為配合“滬寧高鐵”的啟動,自7月1日起,原有上海南京間的D5401-D5450總計25次動車組列車全部停開。也就是說,滬寧之間從此不再有“價格便宜而又實惠”的動車組直達列車可乘,旅客除了委身“綠皮車”(普通快車)以外,非選高鐵不可。對此,有網友辛酸地調侃道:我們花了高鐵的價格,實際上卻只能享受到普通“城鐵”和動車組的運行速度,所以,乘客們紛紛抱怨說,我們 “被高鐵”了。

I don't see anything worth bashing here. The situation in other countries highspeed railway is the same. From point A to point B, it really depends on how many stations the highpspeed trains will stop at. Not all highspeed trains stop at all stations. The express trains that skip all the stations will travel at the highest speed. The other highspeed trains will stop at selected stations, so the average speed will be slower than the top speed. It is the same in other countries, so why is this article bashing the Chinese? Just another attempt from the anti-Chinese haters.
I just want to caution those bashers that improvements can always be made to any railway system. But the bashers of course are always itching to bash the Chinese.

From point A to point B, it really depends on how many stations the highpspeed trains will stop at. Not all highspeed trains stop at all stations. The express trains that skip all the stations will travel at the highest speed. The other highspeed trains will stop at selected stations, so the average speed will be slower than the top speed. It is the same in other countries, so why is this article bashing the Chinese? Just another attempt from the anti-Chinese haters.

Inaccurate? How? That the highspeed train tickets aren't 60-100% more expensive the the regular trains before? That the regular trains didn't stop operating now that the highspeed train has come into operation?

What exactly is inaccurate here, high speed train Peter?!

   唔正確嘅係 一開始就去批評高鐵
就算係錯 都要話高鐵重有改善空間 速度係可以提升
唔係話佢營運不當 或者 太慢

What's wrong with that though? You should remember that all D series trains in China are the highspeed trains.
"原有上海南京間的D5401-D5450總計25次動車組列車全部停開" means they now have new schedule for the D series trains on the new route that use the new tracks. So they just cancelled the previous D series trains schedule that used the older tracks. So new D series schedule replaced old D series schedule. They still have highspeed train service between Shanghai and Nanjing.
"旅客除了委身“綠皮車”(普通快車)以外" means for those who want cheaper trains, they can still use those slower green color trains.

Please update you knowledge on Chinese highspeed trains.

Read this again, Peter:

The problem is, nobody wants to pay the price premiums of the River Crap Express, esp when it is little faster than the regular slow trains. To the poorer workers (such as migrant workers) in particular, the cancellations of the regular slow trains means they must either pay for higher fares with their tiny salaries, or they face the stark reality that they can't go home on their once or twice a year trips to see their children and family. The significantly reduced supply of the cheaper trains also results in poor utilization of resources.

These are all the problems caused by your favourite River Crab Express.
